The renowned fitness icon in India walked barefoot all the way from Pune on August 10, making this his third Unity Run and totaling over 1100 kilometers covered. His first Unity Run was a 420-kilometer journey from Mumbai to the Statue of Unity in Kevadia, Gujarat, while the second edition in 2022 took him 450 kilometers from Jhansi to the Red Fort in Delhi. Despite the challenging feat, Milind completed the run energetically, showcasing his enduring fitness. Known for his evergreen fitness and hard work ethic, Milind advises adults to continuously challenge themselves. A former silver medalist in swimming at the South Asian Games in 1984, Milind switched to running in 2003 and has since found a passion for it.
